I would recommend this book to anyone interested in government policy. Each section was well explained with at least one example for why the idea would work. The book introduced new ideas including open borders, a new GDP, and universal base income. Overall, I found the book Utopia For Realists extremely intriguing. While this might sound like a good idea, it is hard to say if this would work in America. The tax dollars could be used to fund research and education and get people into the classroom. Not only would they give everyone a more equal share of the pie, but the whole pie would be bigger.” Here the author is saying that if the government should imposed a tax on wealthy stock traders that could be used to more evenly distribute the wealth.
